Terms & conditions

Products shown online remain subject to availability. Submitting checkout creates a temporary stock reservation while Kutty Toyz reviews your request; this reservation may expire if the order is not confirmed.

Prices may be updated from time to time. The final price is confirmed by Kutty Toyz when the order is reviewed.

When you continue from checkout, your contact details, selected items and delivery or pickup information are first sent to the Kutty Toyz server and an enquiry reference is created. WhatsApp then opens with a prepared message for you to review and send manually. The store confirms the order in chat.

The website does not collect or process payment. Available payment methods and instructions are confirmed directly with Kutty Toyz through WhatsApp.

Availability, delivery charges, estimated times and pickup arrangements are confirmed before the order is completed.

Request cancellations as early as possible. Orders already dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
