What to do if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or needs to be reviewed by the Kutty Toyz team.
Contact Kutty Toyz as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was confirmed.
Photos or a short video of the product and packaging may be requested so the issue can be reviewed properly.
Products should be unused and kept in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.
Eligible damaged or incorrect items may be replaced, subject to current stock availability.
If a suitable replacement is unavailable, any eligible refund will be discussed directly with the customer.
Change-of-mind returns may not always be accepted. Please contact the store before returning any product.
